Ridge Football

Coach West has spent his lifetime as a Ridge Red Devil. Having grown up in Basking Ridge, he grew up playing in the youth leagues and going to summer camps, just like this one. Coach West attended Ridge, captained the Football and Baseball teams before continuing his academic and athletic pursuits at Endicott College, where he again captained the Football team.

Coach West, also a School Counselor at WAMS, was a part of the Football coaching staff beginning in  2012 through the 2024 season. Coach West was the Head Coach for Ridge from 2020 - 2024. In his five years guiding the program, Coach West was named Coach of the Year twice by NJ.com, led the Red Devils to a 36-12 combined record, 3 Conference Championships, and 4 straight trips to the section semi-finals. During Coach West's time as the Head Coach, the Program endured unmatched sustained success, as he retired with the highest winning percentage of any Head Coach in Program history, along with the most points scored, and least points allowed.
